Mobile Outreach began as our Night Light program was placed on hold in response to Covid. While Night Light is now back in full operation, we have continued to use mobile outreach as a valuable part of our programming. Through Mobile Outreach we are able to fill a gap and identify needs that are not always presented at Night Light. We currently use it as a resource during times of extreme weather or other unpredicted circumstances. A small team goes out with a van full of supplies to provide resources, a warm meal, and connection to individuals on the street. This team serves our neighbors in encampments under bridges and in alleys throughout the down town area.
